Pre-orders are final sale and cannot be cancelled or refunded. This is because we generate shipping postage and prepare your package immediately. Pre-orders are manufactured based upon your order and cannot be cancelled once paid.

Spend up to $19.99, and pay $8 shipping
Spend $20 or more, pay $6 shipping

Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstances.

International shipping is calculated at checkout. International shipping is available worldwide. Shipping time is not guaranteed by us and we cannot insure international shipments. International shipments can take a week or they can take many weeks. It depends on the Postal Carrier, the destination, and Customs Clearance. Refunds will not be given for delays in transit.

For in-stock items, we process orders within 24 hours, sometimes sooner. Depending on your area, you will generally receive your order within 5 business days.

We accept returns within 5 business days of receipt for store credit.
